The Company PROEMA INVEST SH.P.K. was born in Tirana, Albania in 2021 by a
futuristic idea and an innovative Concept of a modern nowadays Company
theorized by a skilled management team composed of various professionals
operating in a variety of different fields of business, technical and
applied sciences and humanities.
The fundamental idea is to construct a reality which is able to provide for
any fair and quick response to any needing of its client in terms of
financial support, administration, organisation, development,
structurisation, internationalisation and management by gathering a variety
of professionals and expertises in an unique directorial cabinet, thus
being able to offering an integrated and performing and quick-response
service thanks a well-consolidated know-how acquired throughout the passed

the industrial management and development, as well as industrial and
company strategic consultancy and acquisition. Moreover the Company is also
concerning itself with the research and development and acquisition, either
by its own or by third parts, of projects in the field of renewable
energies among which the photovoltaic and aeolian as well as the new energy
vectors as well as the advanced technologies and materials, aiming to the
own discretionary portfolio management as well as the one of other third
parts. Moreover the company is also concerning itself with the
commercialization of devices and technological materials in the fields of
energy and medicine.
In such an optic the company is also focusing to differentiate its markets
of interest beyond the west ones thus staring at the Asiatic and Middle Eastern ones.
